Cadbury is searching for one lucky pet to play their famous Clucking Bunny in the Easter 2020 advert for the company. Now through February 24, national animal lovers are encouraged to join their pets in the “Bunny Tryouts” of Cadbury. Not only will the winning pet land the starring role in the Cadbury Clucking Bunny commercial, but they will also earn a cash prize of $5,000! In addition, Cadbury will make another donation of $10,000 to The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
Last year, there were over 4,000 competitors, with the final winner named by Henri the bulldog. To help find this year’s winner, Jiffpom (the unlikely adorable Instagram star), along with his human parents, will serve as honorary judges to help pick the top 10 finalists from this year. Fans will then have the opportunity to cast their vote for the first time ever, and help pick the winner from the finalists.
To land the job, your pet must be able to perform for the camera when wearing bunny ears, and stay fairly still. If you don’t have bunny ears on hand, don’t worry! You can grab personalized bunny ear stickers right from the website of Cadbury, and add them to the picture of your pet before uploading your entry.
